You’ve even said it out loud.

But something still stops you.

That invisible hesitation, the quiet retreat, the “not now” that keeps creeping in… it often shows up when we are on the edge of change.

This week’s Prompt to Move is designed to break that pause:

Where am I holding back from taking ownership—and what’s one small step I’m willing to try?
