My journey isn’t just built on academic expertise—it’s shaped by real-life challenges, resilience, and transformation. I understand how setbacks, uncertainty, and self-doubt can hold us back, but I also know that with the right mindset and strategies, change is possible.
With years of experience as a practitioner, researcher, published author, and former Deputy Head for Education and Student Experience at the University of Brighton’s School of Business and Law, I’ve supported countless individuals in achieving academic success, career growth, and personal breakthroughs.
But my approach goes beyond traditional coaching.
