When I’ve felt strongest in the past, what was I doing—and how can I bring more of that into this week?
This photo was taken just over a month before my dad died.
In his late 80s, he was still sprinting his motorbike—living with strength, presence, and passion.
Watching him gear up and go was like witnessing pure determination in motion.
He did not dwell on what age “should” mean. He simply lived.
When I think about the times I have felt strongest, it has often been in moments where I trusted myself enough to keep going—even when things felt uncertain.
And just like Dad, when I tapped into what I loved, I felt most alive.
This week’s prompt is one I am reflecting on deeply:
💭 When have you felt strongest?
💭 What were you doing, thinking, and believing in that moment?
💭 How can you bring even a little more of that energy into this week?
Let your own strength—past or present—guide your next step.
(You can read more about the full framework in the featured post on my profile.)
