Over the summer I’ve been reminded that sometimes the most powerful evidence of coaching isn’t in the models or the theories — it’s in the lived changes people make.
I recently completed a programme with Worthing Homes. Their Chief Executive, Donna Cezair, kindly shared this feedback:
“Julie has been working with one of my female senior leaders and has supported her to grow in confidence and assertion. My colleague has grown in many positive ways and been able to lead some excellent changes and improvements in the impact of the team she leads. Julie’s approach is all about tapping into the potential of the individual and supporting them to be the best version of themself.”
This is exactly what my framework Your Move, Your Game, Your Future – leading to Your Legacy is designed to do:
🔹 Your Move – clarifying goals
🔹 Your Game – building confidence and resilience
🔹 Your Future – achieving success on your own terms
🔹 Your Legacy – creating lasting impact
And here’s the key: your brain is always listening. Every time you reframe a thought, set an intention, or choose to act differently, your brain registers it. Over time, those small signals build into real transformation.
That’s what I saw happening with this leader — new self-belief, new action, and new impact for her team.
As I settle back into work (with Pedro keeping me company 🐾), I’m excited to continue supporting more individuals and organisations to unlock their potential this autumn.
👉 What small shift could you make this week that your brain will listen to?
