💥 One goal. Five whys. A whole new perspective.

Too often, we set a goal—and stop there.
“I want to get promoted.”
“I want to return to study.”
“I want to grow my team.”
But clarity does not come from what. It comes from why.
And not just one why—at least five.
When you ask yourself “Why do I want this?” and keep asking “why?” again and again, you get past the surface. You uncover the deeper truths:
👀 What is driving you
🧠 What you truly value
❤️ What is at stake
💡 And why this goal matters right now
This approach, known as the 5 Whys technique, was originally developed by Toyota to find root causes of problems. In coaching, it becomes a powerful tool for insight and motivation.
I used it recently with a client who was struggling to stay committed to a goal. By the fifth why, everything shifted—from uncertain… to unstoppable.

Five times. Go deep.
