Ever feel like your attention is being rented out?
Meetings. Messages. Someone else’s urgency.
And the week disappears before you’ve touched what matters.
I took this photo in Spain (see the photo here).
At first glance, it’s just rocky hillside and scrub.
But if you look carefully… there’s a deer on the mountainside.
That’s what attention does.
When you’re stretched thin, your brain defaults to scanning for the loudest thing — not the most meaningful thing.
But when you prime your attention, you start noticing the “deer”: the opportunity, the idea, the next step… that was already there.
A tiny Move (60 seconds)
Before Monday really begins, write one line:
“This week, my work is about ____.”
Put it where you’ll see it repeatedly (notes / screen / top of your to-do list).
You’re teaching your brain what to listen for.

Question: What tiny prompt will you set today so tomorrow’s brain can’t miss your next step?
All the best
